Back from my 2nd IOWA WRITER’S WORKSHOP – great Session and teacher,Venice Berry.
Met Kate St. Vincent Vogl at the annual Great American Women’s Getaway, a terrific speaker in addition to being my latest writing mentor. My poem “Remembering” was featured in June at the Jon Hassler Writer’s Workshop – also included in their 2011 Green Blade publication.
Had a great winter both writing & painting! Off to S. Africa with Karlyn Holman for an extensive painting experience.
Great weekend in Decorah for The Vibrant Word writer’s conference at Luther College! Went with Rochester colleague, Debi Neville.
Just received notice that two of my poems were selected for the CROSSINGS Poetography book – released mid October!
